J.P.Morgan Access Mobile

Product Design Lead | 2022 — present

Over the past three years, I’ve led product design for Access Mobile at JPMorgan Chase, transforming it from an underutilized, inconsistent app into a high-performing, user-centered experience that has increased money movement and user engagement by 50%.

I built a scalable, mobile-first design system, advocated for strategic features like ACH transfers and biometrics, and used design thinking to align business outcomes with user needs. I shaped the mobile roadmap through collaborative workshops, user research, and deep cross-functional partnerships—positioning design as a strategic driver of product direction. Along the way, I introduced efficiencies in tooling, improved IA for growth, and thoughtfully integrated AI and live chat to elevate both the experience and support.

This work helped Access Mobile play a key role in JPMorgan Chase being named Best Global Corporate Bank in 2025, with top recognition in strong digital tooling.

Over four years of design leadership, I established UX as a core strategic partner to Product, leveraging qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.

By aligning user needs with business goals, my team redesigned key financial workflows, directly contributing to a 50% increase in money movement and a 49% increase in mobile check deposits.
